When I came here, I could not open my mouth enough to eat a hamburger, I had crackling in my left jaw, and pain in my ear. I thought l had an ear infection. When I would chew there was a popping in my jaw, like the bone was popping out out of place. I think it was caught in the nick of time, because now all of that has disappeared. I am so glad this was taken care of in such a timely manner by a doctor who knew exactly what was going on and could correct it!

I sought relief from severe pain in my ear from my ENT who tested me an thought it could be anerve. He was very thorough in my visit. Later my jaw locked and I was only slightly able to open my mouth. I also had ear pain in the other ear. My ENT Doctor determined I needed to be tested for TMJ and referred me to TMJ Services of Brentwood. I was diagnosed and an appliance was fitted. I was referred to Dr. U office after falling and misaligning my teeth. My bite was off and front teeth would not line up.
