I was at wits end when I was referred to Dr. Urbanek. My right jaw had popped out and I was miserable. I was hoping for an easy fix, like pop it back in. No simple fix here. I learned that all of my symptoms ongoing for decades of excruciating jaw pain, ringing in the ears, headaches, etc. were from TMJD. After going to several different oral surgeons and trying different shots and medications I thought I would keep searching because there had to be someone out there who could fix my problem and with that I found Dr. Urbanek he is very great at what he does by asking questions and going into depth with everything so with that we found out I had both kinds on TMJ the locking of the jaw and the headaches ear and neck pain he suggested the device and after a month of wearing it I saw a huge difference no more headaches or ear pain but I still had the locking so with that he suggested surgery and that was the best thing I could have done my jaw is better then I could remember I highly recommend you go to him and the staff is so great after 8 long years of this but Dr. Urbanek has fixed it and I am truly grateful for him and his staff!

I awoke with so much jaw pain on a Monday and immediately made an appointment with my dentist who then referred me to Dr. Urbanek as we knew it was most likely TMJ from past experience. I had surgery on the opposite jaw with another doctor. It was an ordeal. Dr. Urbanek was able to see me on Wednesday and listened to all my symptoms then set forth a plan. I received the splint and keep it in 24/7 except to eat. It has been amazing that within a 3 week period my pain is gone, all other symptoms gone.
